I work in fiber.
I love being commissioned to create personalized art quilts. The challenge of taking your ideas or color palate and adding my design and construction is a wonderful experience. It feels really good to be thinking of the ‘future’ owner with each decision I make. I’ve been commissioned to make quilts for wedding and baby shower gifts, local businesses, and specifically for that ‘special place’ in someone’s home. I’ll work from your photos or just an image and color suggestions. You are consulted as I formulate my final color and design choices.
I charge based on size and complexity of the piece and receive equal payments at 3 determined intervals, 1) at contract signing, 2) when quilt top is complete, 3) at quilt completion.
